How to prepare a simple zawngtra sathu deng:
Take 3 bunch of ‘Zawngtrate’ and size them according to your preferred sizes. Take a bowl and mix it well with one tablespoon of ‘sathu’ and grinded green chilly. Add salt to taste and one onion to add some aroma.
